In today's age, it can be so easy to feel insecure about yourself and your body. Here are some simple tricks that will make you feel more confident.
1. Become your own BFF 👯♀️ One way to grow your confidence is by treating yourself the way you would treat your best friend. A good BFF would never call their bestie dumb, stupid or ugly so there is no reason to talk to yourself in that manner. Treat yourself the way you want someone else to treat you.
2. Use Positive Affirmations
When you feel gross about yourself or your appearance, try using positive affirmations. Look into the mirror and tell yourself you‘re beautiful and valued. It's important to spend time looking into the mirror and telling yourself that you‘re beautiful. Here are some examples of Positive Affirmations that will come in handy when you're feeling down:
I am worthy.
I am in love with myself and my body.
I already have everything I need to become successful.
3. No More Sad Songs

I will do my night skin care routine every night, no matter how tired I am.
I will spend 15 minutes a day making sure my room is tidy and neat.
I will write down what I'm thankful for every day.
